The lovely folk at Loaf have done it again. The SS15 collection is bursting with covetable pieces, many of which are now firmly on my 'house of my dreams' wishlist.
When we were buying a sofa last year, we thought we were set on the one we'd chosen, but then once we'd visited the Loaf showroom and sat on every sofa on display (the staff there are very patient!) it all changed. We immediately knew the Jonesy was for us, and we snapped it up. A few months down the road and it still fills me with joy to sit on it. It's funny isn't it how a piece of furniture can evoke such emotion. Anyway, I'll be sure to share some more sofa loving with you in the coming months - just as soon as we've painted our living room and had a bit of a sort out!
But in the meantime, can we all take a moment to admire the gorgeous new SS15 Loaf pieces?
The Achilles armchair, pictured above, looks so squishy and comfortable. Plus how beautifully styled is that photo? I'm now longing to gather armfuls of brights blooms to set atop a surface near my own sofa. I do love a ranunculus... The Achilles style also comes as an equally squishy sofa, perfect for those snuggly nights in.
One of the elements that most attracted me to our Loaf sofa purchase was that they are all handmade in England (Long Eaton, to be precise). The fabrics are also top notch and each piece is upholstered in a selected palette using fabrics from Designers Guild, Romo and Ian Mankin. Handmade in the UK and with upholstered with luxe fabrics makes for a winning combination, that's for sure.
Aside from the sofa loveliness, there are new beds, lights, tables, bedding and now there's even a fun kids range. We don't have little people yet, but if we did that Roofus and Ickle desk and chair would be rather tempting! It's such a fun piece and, as it's made from reclaimed fir wood, it's a quality piece to boot.
What a lot of pretty. I've been dreaming of 100% linen sheets for a while now, and the new Topsy Turvy set, pictured above, ticks every box.
